Originally from western Canada, Lauren moved to Nova Scotia to complete her undergraduate studies at St. Francis Xavier before pursuing her law degree at Dalhousie University. Lauren articled and started her legal career with a local civil litigation firm before transitioning into family law, a shift that reflects her commitment to helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging and emotional periods of their lives.
In addition to her legal practice, Lauren is deeply committed to community service. She sits on the board of Reachability, a non-profit organization that provides services and resources to people with disabilities. Her work with Reachability reflects her broader commitment to inclusivity and advocacy for marginalized communities.
Whether in the courtroom or through her volunteer work, Lauren brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to everything she does, always striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
