About

Esther joined MDW Law as an Associate in 2023 and practices in the area of family and divorce law.

Originally from Toronto, Esther moved to the East Coast in 2013 and never looked back.  She has lived in the three of the four Atlantic Provinces (Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Her husband is from PEI so in their household, all four are represented!.  She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Memorial University of Newfoundland and her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick.  While completing her Juris Doctor, Esther was also the President of the Christian Law Society and an active member of the Mental Health and the Law Society. She is called to the bar in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Esther enjoys working with clients to find the best solutions and outcomes.  She understands that most matters are complex emotionally and strives to help her clients fully understand the process and advocates tirelessly for them.  Esther strives to make clients feel heard and accepted.  She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and family structures.

Outside of the office, Esther enjoys exploring this beautiful province with her friends and family and curling up with a cup of tea and a good book.
